Total Weight lost: 5.2 lbs
Measurements:
Waist: 39 (Down 1.5 in)
Hips: 46.5 (Down 2.25 in)
Thigh: 23.5 (Down .5 in)
Upper Arm 12 (Down .5 in)
I didn't stick with my regular eating or exercise last week. This shows in the weight gain. Otherwise, it seems this works and it works well.
